For the last 5 years Mr Miller has been responsible for policy advice to the Australian Government on matters relating to the accountability and disclosure practices of corporations, the duties of corporate directors, corporate insolvency and accounting policy, investor protection, financial services and products, licensing of financial advisors, consumer credit, financial markets, and clearing and settlement facilities.

Marc Mowbray-d'Arbela

Marc Mowbray-d'Arbela

Marc Mowbray-d’Arbela joined the then Department of Finance and Administration to lead the Legislative Review Branch in 2001. Prior to that, Marc had 10 years experience in a variety of positions within the Australian Public Service.

Professor Christopher Findlay

Professor Christopher Findlay is currently Executive Dean (acting), Faculty of the Professions at the University of Adelaide. Earlier positions include Professor of Economics in the Asia Pacific School of Economics and Government at the Australian National University and Head of the School of Economics at the University of Adelaide.

Michael Mugliston

“CER considerations have been an embedded and instinctive feature of my approach to formulating trade policy advice over the past 30 years”

Michael Mugliston led Australia’s negotiating team during the four year negotiation of the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand free trade agreement (AANZFTA) which was signed in February 2009 and, since its entry into force on 1 January 2010, has had carriage of AANZFTA’s implementation.  He is currently also leading negotiations in Australia’s Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) with Indonesia; and FTA negotiations with Malaysia (MAFTA).
