Visas
The embassy does not have a visa processing service nor is it able to offer any immigration advice. Any queries and/or applications for visas to travel to New Zealand should be directed to Immigration New Zealand(external link).
Notarial services
In certain circumstances, staff at this embassy are able to witness affidavits, affirmations, statutory declarations and other documents for use under New Zealand law. Appointments are required. Available appointment times are 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm Monday – Thursday, and 9am to 12pm on Fridays. Call consular staff for fee information and to make an appointment.
A certificate of good conduct or Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) can only be applied for by foreigner nationals if they have held a KITAS/ E-ITAS or KITAP / ITAP during their time in Indonesia. If only Business Visa / Tourist Visa / Social Cultural visas were held, then you will not be qualified to apply for a SKCK. In Indonesia, you can apply for an SKCK directly at the SKCK service counter in police stations. If you are living overseas, please download the POLRI SUPER app and apply for the SKCK through there.
