It describes the organisation’s structure along with filing systems and details about how the records are organised.
The guide was created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade te Manatū Aorere to make its historical records more accessible to researchers investigating and sharing the stories of New Zealand’s diplomatic history.
