Notarial services
In certain circumstances, staff at this embassy are able to witness affidavits, affirmations, statutory declarations and other documents for use under New Zealand law. Call the consular staff for fee information and to make an appointment.
You can drive in the Philippines on your New Zealand driver’s licence for the first 90 days. After that you will need a Philippine driver’s licence. The Land Transportation Office(external link) (LTO) issues all drivers’ licences. Offices are located throughout the country. You will need to provide your foreign licence plus a photocopy with the application form. When you apply the LTO will give you a receipt that will serve as your temporary licence for 60 days while your permanent license is being issue.

Team Administrator (Property)
The New Zealand Embassy in Manila is looking for their next Team Administrator.
The Team Administrator is responsible for providing general administration to help ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office, with a principal focus on property management.
The successful applicant must have experience in property and facilities management, basic financial and/or bookkeeping knowledge, and basic procurement processes and vendor management. They must be resourceful, results-oriented and have sound judgement, good analytical skills, attention to detail, motivation, initiative, and an ability to set priorities. The successful applicant will need to be highly organised and have very good written and oral communication skills in English. They must be able to work effectively as part of a team in a cross-cultural environment. In particular the ability to build working relationships with off shore teams will be important. They must have the flexibility to step into different work streams that may at times be required (e.g. consular work and in events or functions).
We are looking for the successful appointee to commence duties in February 2025. The successful applicant will be employed on local terms and conditions. The New Zealand Embassy offers a flexible work policy.
