Visas
The embassy does not have a visa processing service nor is it able to offer any immigration advice. Any queries and/or applications for visas to travel to New Zealand should be directed to Immigration New Zealand(external link).
Notarial services
In certain circumstances, staff at this embassy are able to witness affidavits, affirmations, statutory declarations and other documents for use under New Zealand law.
The fees for the services are:
- Certifying a document as being a true copy of an original THB 900
- Providing a consular letter, taking a statutory declaration, affidavit, or witnessing signature THB 1,800
- Verifying an authentication signature on a NZ document (this requires the document to have already been authenticated by NZ authorities) THB 2,700
Fees are payable by bank transfer only. There are no credit or debit card facilities available.

Kindly schedule an appointment at least 5 working days in advance and await confirmation of the appointment from us. To make an appointment, all visitors, please submit the Booking Request Form [DOCX, 32 KB] and any relevant document(s) to bkkappointments@mfat.govt.nz.
For building security reasons, you must bring your passport or a suitable government issued photographic identification to gain access to the Embassy.
