Note: Parties to PACER Plus agreed to amend Attachment A of the Implementing Arrangement for Development and Economic Cooperation under the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations Plus at the PACER Plus Joint Committee meeting held 30 March 2021 to reflect decisions made in relation to the design of the PACER Plus Implementation Package.
The revised Attachment A replaces the attachment of the same name in the original 2017 Implementing Arrangement.
