United States controls that may affect New Zealand exporters
Below is a list of United States export control rules that have been notified to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Some of these rules may affect New Zealand exporters.The list is not exhaustive and may be updated from time to time. Exporters should conduct their own due diligence.
New Zealand exporters may also wish to consult the Consolidated Screening List (CSL)(external link). The CSL lists entities on the United States Government maintains restrictions on certain exports, re-exports, or transfers of items.
